Handing over the keys is not the end of your home's story.
The portal does not go dark on handover day. The document vault stays, the whole build history stays, and there is a place for warranty claims. The developer can also name a partner to look after the house and the rental while you are off the island.
Warranty and defects
Warranty claims land in the same place as the site photos. Each one carries a date, a photo and a status, so nothing gets lost in email and WhatsApp.
Documents stay
The agreement, the payment receipts and the plans stay in the vault after handover. You need them for insurance, for renovation and for resale.
Home care
If the developer switches this module on, a rental and home care partner appears in the portal. The developer configures this section, not the platform.
